These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dagning application and related services ("Service") provided by Enkel Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Stockholm, Sweden.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Dagning is a team and project management application that helps teams organize areas, tasks, documents, and communication. The Service is currently available by invitation only. You may request access through our waitlist.
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid subscription plans in the future, in which case we will notify you in advance and give you the choice to subscribe or continue with any available free tier.
To use the Service, you need an account. You can sign in using Google Sign-In or other authentication methods we provide. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You may only create one account per person. If we have reason to believe an account violates these Terms, we may suspend or terminate it.
You own all content you create through the Service, including tasks, documents, messages, and any other data you enter. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (for example, syncing your data across your devices and to your team members).
Your team's data is protected with end-to-end encryption (AES-256-GCM). This means we cannot read your content on our servers.
Important: If you lose your encryption passphrase, we cannot recover your data. You are solely responsible for remembering and safeguarding your passphrase. We strongly recommend storing it in a secure location.
The Service may offer optional backup to third-party cloud storage services, such as Apple iCloud and Google Drive. These backups are stored in your own cloud storage accounts and are subject to the respective provider's terms of service.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, or data handling practices of third-party cloud storage providers.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we make changes that materially affect your use, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
The Dagning application, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Enkel Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as intended.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Where possible, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data before termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enkel Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
